What is Myofunctional Therapy?
Myofunctional Therapy is an exercise-based program designed to strengthen the muscles around your face, mouth, and tongue. These exercises address issues related to talking, eating, and breathing, making it a versatile and valuable therapy for many patients. Research has shown that Myofunctional Therapy can also be an effective treatment for sleep-disordered breathing, improving the quality of sleep and overall health.
